All of the measurement items for each of the constructs described above were adapted from Venkatesh et al [21], Tavares and Oliveira [22,24], and Lemire et al [19] with minor modifications to adapt to the m Health context. The items are described in detail in Multimedia Appendix 1. The questionnaire was developed in English and then translated to Portuguese, which was validated by two translators fluent in both languages.
