Impact of Mānuka Honey on Symptoms and Quality of Life in Individuals With Functional Dyspepsia: Protocol for a Feasibility Randomized Controlled Trial

During the intervention phase, participants in 2 arms consumed 10 g of mānuka honey, standardized to contain either 10 mg or 40 mg/kg of Lepteridine twice daily. The third arm received 10 g of honey maple–flavored syrup twice daily as a placebo control. Study flowchart.
