Feb 24/25th - A major upgrade to a new journal management system currently affects various aspects of the journal operations. If you find any serious issues or bugs, please email geysenba at jmir.org . We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Among the known issues are:
- some institutional or individual memberships may fail to be renewed (even if payment through paypal has been made). Please verify that you are listed as member if you made a renewal payment
- rendering of some pdfs may be very slow
- some pdfs (JMIR supplements) may not render at all.
- ecollections are currently not available
- forward citations and access statistics on a article basis are currently not available
- we have a backlog of articles and turnaround time of articles may be longer than usual
- the current interface (style sheet) is optimized for Firefox/Mozilla. Users of MS Internet Explorer may experience non-working links, disrupted layouts etc.
- the current interface (style sheet) is also optimized for high-resolution monitors. Users with lower resolution monitors may see vertical scroll bars or disrupted layouts which require users to scroll down (underneath the vertical Google Ads) to view the rest of a page
