This may be because the timing and receipt of all POWe R Tracker notifications were fully controlled by the participant, following guidelines suggested by Dennison et al [51].
The findings from this study offer several implications for the future delivery of app-based health interventions. First, advances in mobile technology do not necessarily render Web-based interventions redundant.
