We aimed to interview approximately 30 young people based on guidance provided by Fugard and Potts [29] and we interviewed all students who returned the completed consent forms.
Ethical approval was provided by the University College London Ethics committee (Project ID 10213/001) with all participants and their parents/caregivers providing informed written consent.
We used a semistructured interview.
