Li et al [19] proposed an approach that predicts state-level obesity rates using social media data. Users’ obesity-related behaviors in social media were found and could be classified into 4 levels of interaction: individual, interpersonal, web-based social environment, and connection to the real world [20]. Additionally, the use of social media platforms increased by 61% during the pandemic [21].

Li et al [59] pointed out that the prevalence of sarcopenia in patients with RA was 31%, which is much higher than that in people without RA. Another cross-sectional study of 388 patients with RA showed that 37.1% of the participants had sarcopenia (14.7% severe sarcopenia, 22.4% sarcopenia) and 49.0% had low muscle mass [60]. Even more importantly, the incidence of sarcopenia increases with the lastingness of RA progression [59,61].
