Our goal in this paper is to outline the range of ways in which our LEAP members contributed to the process of developing, co-designing, and testing the acceptability of Shift Focus, an online, standalone, multisession training program (delivered via a mobile app) for young people (16‐25 y) who report difficulty stopping worry. Specifically, we wanted to determine whether the online training program was acceptable to our target population of young people.
