<p>In “Uncovering Social States in Healthy and Clinical Populations Using Digital Phenotyping and Hidden Markov Models: Observational Study” [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="ref1">1</xref>] the authors noted one error.</p>
<p>The error pertains to the visualization of the transition probabilities in <xref rid="figure8" ref-type="fig">Figure 8</xref>, where a mistake in the calculation of these probabilities was made. This error did not impact any of the text in the paper as the interpretation of the figure remains the same, and the values were not used in any analysis. As the same code was used to visualize transition probabilities of alternative models in the supplementary materials, the transition probability figures in Multimedia Appendix 2 have also been corrected.</p>
<p>The correction will appear in the online version of the paper on the JMIR Publications website, together with the publication of this correction notice. Because this was made after submission to PubMed, PubMed Central, and other full-text repositories, the corrected article has also been resubmitted to those repositories.</p>
