Note added Feb 2017: As a result of defamation charges, Mr Beall has decided to withdraw and "unpublish" his entire blog. We remind readers that in one of his blogposts Beall characterizes the JMIR model "as a model for Open Access Publishers" pointing out that JMIR now publishes a range of sister journals (which contained some factual inaccuracies), but JMIR Publications was never on his (now "unpublished") blacklist of "predatory" publishers (archived here).
