Apologies for a "review reminders" bug (March 16-30th, 2011)

Between March 16th and March 30th 2011 a bug in our reminder system led to the sending of multiple reminders per day to reviewers or potential reviewers who did not respond to a review request or whose review was overdue. This was caused by a programming error - we did not mean to be "pushy". The friendly reminders are meant to be sent out once a day, helping reviewers to stay on top of their deadlines. We sincerely apologize for this incident and we have taken measures to prevent this from happening again.
